On the 18th of January this year, Braintree St George Lodge installed their new master for the year, W. Bro. Daniel Broyd.

W.Bro. Daniel Broyd was installed in to the Chair of King Solomon by his very proud Father, W. Bro. Barry Broyd in an emotional and sincere ceremony.

The ceremony was enjoyed by the 95 attendees from Essex, Suffolk and Northampton Lodges and a great festive board and celebration continued late in to the evening. Several of the Provincial Executive were present as well as the PGM of Suffolk V.W.Bro. Ian Yeldham.

The highlight of the day was when the Master took wine (and a cheeky kiss) with his wife, Kristi Broyd, who is the Steward of the Hall, to rapturous applause.
