i. Room hire tariff advised at time of booking ii. A 25% deposit is required on booking and this is non-refundable iii. Advance payment of cost is required if a “free bar” facility is required iv. All charges to be settled one month before the date of the function v. A damage waiver may be required for £250/£500/£1,000 (delete as required) which is fully refundable subject to no damage or loss) vi. The Howard Hall Management Committee accepts no responsibility for loss, damage or injury to property of persons attending functions at the Howard Hall vii. All beverages, alcoholic and non-alcoholic, are to be purchased from the Howard Hall viii. Catering arrangements must be agreed in advance of any booking with the HH partner caterers ix. No decorations or posters are to be affixed or displayed at the function without prior written agreement from the Howard Hall Management Committee nuisance to neighbouring properties or residents close 30 minutes prior to the end of the function x. The Management reserves the right to control the level of music volume if, in their sole discretion, it could constitute a noise xi. Subject to prior agreement and a small surcharge, bar facilities can be made available until midnight xii. The bar will xiii. In the event of the function being cancelled by the Howard Hall due to reasons outside of their control, responsibility will be limited to the refund of monies paid by the hirer for the use of the hall only xiv. In the event that the hirer cancels the function, the Howard Hall Management Committee reserves the right to charge up to 100% of the deposit or monies paid xv. The hirer will always be responsible for costs occurred for any accidental or wilful damage caused and will reimburse the Howard Hall for the cost of repair and/or replacement xvi. Sunday to Thursday - £40 per hour

Friday 9am - 5pm - £40 per hour

Friday 5pm-11:30pm & Saturday - £50 per hour

Whole day (9am-11:30pm) - £450 Flat Rate

Please include time it will take to setup and clearup in your booking times as we cannot allocate unspecified time for such needs.
